Events & Retreats
The Complete Retreat was set up to collaborate with others. We currently run Yoga, Pilates and Wellbeing Retreats at Bracken Hill Kendal in the beautiful Lake District. We also run Pilates and Yoga Brunch and Supper Events in Manchester.
We collaborate with a selection of the best Yoga and Pilates Teachers, Nutrionists, Wellbeing and Therapy Practitioners in Manchester. To meet them please see our Collaborators page
During our Brunch, Supper Clubs and Retreats the Pilates and Yoga levels are tailored to our guests. The poses and movements are layered allowing everyone to work to their own body. It is important to listen and respect your body and you should never feel pain during any exercise. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. It is important to be hydrated and preferably you should not eat for at least two hours before your session.
Mats and equipment are provided but if you would like to use your own then please bring them along.
