About The Event

Join us this April for a weekend escape of cycling, yoga and nourishing food at Bracken Hill in the beautiful Lake District.

Explore lovely quiet lanes, with breath-taking views by bike. Then enjoy evening yoga to stretch out, calm your mind and strengthen your body for the next day of riding.

Imagine waking to sunrise yoga, followed by a nourishing healthy breakfast. Then going off for the day exploring the astounding beauty of the Lake District by bike. Returning from the ride to sunset yoga, surrounded with wonderful colours of the valley flooding through the open layout yoga space and a refuelling healthy supper.

This is a weekend to escape the city, work the body on the bike and relax the mind with yoga. We also have limited spaces available for Saturday day-ride, lunch and evening yoga only.

All the food, is carefully and thoughtfully planned to be nourishing and balanced to fuel you through the rides. Sourced from the highest quality local ingredients. (We cater for vegans and specific dietary requirements too.)

All excursions optional, feel free to come just for the cycling or for the yoga.
