About The Event

Winter is a time to rest and renew, if we take this time as intended it allows us the opportunity to reset and energise our bodies ready for new growth in Spring.

Our morning will start with fascial release of the feet, enabling us to ground evenly redistributing our weight to help improve our posture and alignment. We will then work through the body releasing unwanted tension focusing on our back and hips, this will give us the space within our body to move through a Pilates flow connecting our breath to our movement.

Our workshop will conclude with a short foot massage with our essential massage oils (specially blended) before a lying grounding relaxation.

We invite you to join us after our Pilates practice to eat together.  This is optional - please do whatever suits you.  Suzanne will chat over brunch about the contents of the brunch menu, a little about eating well and tips to eating more healthily over winter. Feel free to ask questions, it’s also a time to chat amongst ourselves.

Spiky balls are available to purchase for £3.50 but a tennis ball or something similar is suitable to use.

We will deliver your brunch contact free to your door between 3 and 5pm on Saturday 6th February to the following areas of Manchester - Didsbury, the Heatons, Withington, Fallowfield, Chorlton, Stretford, Old Trafford, Salford, Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon and Monton.

If you would like to share this experience with others in your home we are offering a discounted rate for two.

Please contact us if your area isn’t included as it may still be possible to deliver to you.

We have Vegetarian, Vegan and other Dietary requirement options. Please note your dahl will require re-heating.

The Pilates practice will be via Zoom and the link will be sent to you ahead of the event.
