Honouring The Season - Autumn Yoga Supper

About The Event
Autumn is the perfect time to honour the changes in the season, those within nature, our lives and also our bodies. A time of transformation and reflection, like falling leaves from the trees, allowing life to flow and change. This is the season of slowing down, gentleness and softness, everything that will be reflected in our evening together.
Lucie's practice will be a fusion of Hatha Flow & Yin Yoga, giving us time to get the body moving and invigorated but also calm and restored. It will begin with a simple grounding sequence including pranayama (breathing techniques) to help boost the immunity and respiratory systems, before moving into a grounding practice focusing on slowly and steadily warming the body with standing poses and twists. The practice will finish with some healing yin poses and a blissful guided meditation, allowing time to nurture, nourish and restore.
Following the yoga practice we will gather together to enjoy an autumn aperitif and a delicious, nourishing and nutritious seasonal vegetarian or vegan supper.
