About The Event
A Collaboration with Pilates Hub founder Belle.
Belle will begin the Pilates with a short grounding, enabling you to fully relax and connect with your body whilst reconnecting your breath. We will then work through an energising flowing sequence of Pilates exercises before continuing on to some fascial release in which small balls are used to reduce tension and stress which is often held throughout the shoulders.
The Pilates is then followed with a short guided meditation led by Randeep accompanied by singing bowls. Singing Bowls allow the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
This workshop will leave you feeling fully relaxed yet worked and ready for a well earned nourishing and delicious three course vegan brunch.
