Spring Reset - Yin Flow Fusion Yoga Supper
New Beginning - A nourishing and nurturing 90 mins fusion of Yin & Slow flow Yoga with Lucie Platt focusing on new beginnings followed by a seasonal three-course vegetarian supper. The practice will leave you feeling, rejuvenated, refreshed and ready for the blossoming arrival of Spring.

About The Event
As early spring blossoms, and the sun slowly emerges out of the wintery shadows. We too need to reawaken our bodies and minds from the wintery slumber. As the earth begins to bloom with colour, we start to notice the shift towards longer and lighter days and the world opens back up to the idea of fresh starts and new beginnings.
The practice will start gently with some yummy yin poses helping the body and mind to slow down and release before moving to a slow flow sequence which will be more energizing and uplifting, yet still moving mindfully and with intention whilst focusing on the breath. We then return to some calming yin poses before finally ending the session with a blissful guided meditation which will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, nourished and restored.
The practice will be folllowed by a refreshing pear mimosa or spring botanical cocktail before we sit down to a seasonal three-course vegetarian supper full of the abundance of late winter and early spring vegetables.
