Winter's Embrace Yin, Restorative + Yoga Nidra Supper

For our final event of the year we warmly invite you into the deepest layers of calm. Releasing the soft and connective tissues through gentle movement and yin before nesting down into long luxurious restorative holds and finishing with guided relaxation in yoga nidra (yogic sleep) followed by a vegetarian or vegan supper delivered to your home.

Included in your ticket we have a ‘Sanctum’ anointing oil by Kindred + Wild, a small batch apothecary in London run by Mugdha Sapte. This blend goes perfectly with our winter offering. An incense stick by Sacred Elephant to help connect you to the senses and create your sanctuary. There will be a gorgeous truffle by Didsbury based vegan chocolatier The Future of Chocolate.

To create your sanctuary we suggest that you light a candle, have a blanket, bolster or plenty of pillows. Make your space warm to help you relax and be calm.

We also have our Small Batch Granola available to purchase with your ticket as well as beautiful Yogipod Eye Pillows in Orange, Grey or Blue - all ideal Christmas gifts.

We will deliver your supper to your door between 10am and Midday on the day of the event to the following areas of Manchester - Didsbury, the Heatons, Withington, Fallowfield, Chorlton, Stretford, Old Trafford, Sale, Altrincham and Monton.

We have Vegetarian, Vegan and other Dietary requirement options. Please note your soup will require re-heating.

The Yoga practice will be via Zoom and the link and Spotify playlist will be sent to you ahead of the event.
