Woodland Supper, Lake Swimming and Wild Cocktails

Join Sophie (Highlees) and Suzanne for an evening surrounding by nature at Highlees Woods in Over Alderley on Thursday 12th August.

We invite you to come for an optional swim in the lake (all swimming is at your own risk) and relax beneath the trees with a wild cocktail before enjoying a unique supper experience in one of the most special places in Cheshire.

The three course menu will be a tribute to the summer season and a celebration of the wonderful seasonal produce on offer at this time of year. The fire pit and clay oven will play a part in every course, creating all the wonderful scents and sounds associated with open fire cooking. With beautiful views across the lake, soak up the scenery and immerse yourself in the natural space.

Arrivals from 5.30 pm for swimming and 6.30 pm for wild cocktails before supper. We will aim to sit out in the open air but should the British summer descend, we will be able to move the table under cover. We would advise wearing sensible footwear as the ground is uneven and can be slippery when wet.

The evening is ‘bring your own booze’ to enjoy with your supper. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies we should be aware of when booking.
