About The Event

Flowing through spring.

The essence of the Hatha-vinyasa flow on this event is to emerge, unfold and step into the light of Spring after the stillness and darkness of Winter.

Using tried and tested ancient Yoga techniques, and borrowing from other sources such as Ayurveda and Chinese philosophies, we will shake off the lethargy, fill our bodies with prana (energy) and breathe new life into ourselves.

Allow the external changes to be mirrored inside as we energise, invigorate, and wake up the body for Summer.

Suitable for beginners and improvers.
