The Complete Retreat was set up to collaborate with Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, wellbeing teachers and Nutritionists to offer our community some self care. We host events and retreats where you can put some time aside to come together with friends or family and share your practice, love of good food, socialise and establish an understanding of ourselves and others.
Our gatherings are warm and welcoming, whether you are a complete beginner or have an established practice you are so invited to join us.
Each event is thought out carefully, the food is just as important as the practice and the two are both intertwined with each other. Whether it be high energy vibration food or a feast with nutrients more gentle and calming, we create exclusive menus for each offering.
At The Complete Retreat we always use lots of wonderful flavours and deliciously fresh seasonal ingredients to nourish and fuel the mind, body and soul.
During these unsettling times we have taken to online events to help people stay connected and be part of a bigger community. This gives our guests time to pause; stretch and release their bodies, breathe deeply and calm the nervous system, enjoy nourishing food and socialising together again safely.
