Do you find yourself baffled by the conflicting advice on food and nutrition that you find in the media on a daily basis? Our Registered Nutritionist, Clare Jones, is keen to help people make sense of the confusion, with an emphasis on practical solutions that work for real, busy lives. On our Wellbeing Retreat in the Lake District she’ll be running sessions including how to eat to support energy levels and, being January, whether or not we need to detox. There’ll be some hands-on experience in the kitchen and we’ll put together practical solutions that work in individual situations.
