Suzanne has been professionally catering on Pilates Retreats for over five years where she creates mouth-watering dishes whether fish, game, vegetarian or vegan. On all Complete Retreat events, locally sourced fresh and seasonal food is used where possible, providing a sustainable approach to our Retreat weekends or Brunch and Supper Clubs.
Suzanne specialises in home-cooked food inspired by European and International cuisine. She enjoys experimenting with new recipies and loves nothing more than being creative with food. The Menus are specially created for each event and our guest’s nutritional dietary requirements are catered for.
